POMPTON LAKES CONGREGATION OF
 JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES

The Pompton Lakes Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses was formed in 1951, meeting in a storefront at 22 Lakeside Avenue. In 1960, construction began on Kingdom Hall at 146 Willow Avenue, where our congregation has met since the building's completion in 1961.  As of 1995 there were 94 active members associated with the Pompton Lakes Congregation, eight of whom serve full-time as volunteer Bible teachers in the community. There are over 76,000 congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses active in 231 countries around the world.
